Shipping

We ship almost everywhere on earth, a tracking number is available with every package as well and will be sent via email the day it leaves the office. If you live in an area that is not covered by our shipping system, please contact us (info@pikupajku.com), we will try to process your order manually.

Processing time usually takes 1-10 business days (exept preorders). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the shipments tracking number. It usually takes a few days for tracking information to be active. The estimated shipping time provided at checkout starts after the order has been shipped. 

You have an option to add a shipping protection to your cart to protect yourself from lost, damaged or stolen package. If you choose to place an order withouth shipping protection, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Returns

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 21 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. If you choose to return your goods, please contact us through our contact form or write an email to info@pikupajku.com and our customer support will guide you throught the process. All cost associated with returning the goods are on the buyer.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless agreed with our customer service team:
- Facemasks
- Underwear
- Earrings
- All 1/1 unique products
