SHIPPING, CUSTOMS and TAXES
We operate and store our products in two locations: Slovenia (Europe) and China. Your order may arrive in 2 seperate pacakges - in such case, this will be displayed at checkout. For customers within the European Union, all taxes are included in your order, and your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
We ship worldwide, but some countries may not yet be available in our shipping options. If you experience any issues at checkout, please contact us at info@pikupajku.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
What is shipping protection? Why is it important in my order?
PikuPajku offers shipping insurance through Shipping Protection, which we recommend adding at checkout to safeguard your order against loss or theft during transit. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if Order Protection was not selected.
EXCHANGES and RETURNS
You can return your items within 21 days of receiving your order. However, please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

How can I make a modification on my order?
Please ensure that the product size you select is correct, as it cannot be modified or changed once submitted. Since orders cannot be edited, they can only be canceled in cases of critical errors.
If you need to update your shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, we can make the change. Please email us as soon as possible at info@pikupajku.com with your order number and the new delivery address.
If your package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. In that case, we recommend contacting the mail courier directly, as they may be able to update your delivery details.
No Confirmation Or Dispatch Email
Please check your spam/junk folders to ensure the email hasn’t been filtered there, and confirm that you’re checking the correct email address. In most cases, these emails are successfully sent but may end up in spam.
If you haven’t received a dispatch email, please also review the product description of your purchased items, as they may be pre-order items with a later shipping date.

do you have different sizing for tights?
Currently, we offer one size that fits approximately S to L. However, we’re working hard to expand our size range, and we plan to launch a larger size across all our designs by late summer this year!
